When you train with us you can be assured that our trainers are all qualified to Level 3 or above and not equivalent qualifications, or worse still, none whatsoever – yes, some trainers are totally unqualified! We are also members of REPS: the Register of Exercise Professionals so when you are looking for a Personal Trainer, both Level 3 and REPS membership should be an expectation.

Though Personal Training is not a new phenomenon, we know there are many people out there who are yet to experience what a motivating and sometimes life-changing experience it can be. Personal Training is, by its very definition, an intimate experience. It is a high class bespoke service, dedicated and tailored specifically to your needs and no one else’s.

As a result, you will pay more for this service than you would for attending my Boot Camp classes, but if you are willing to make the investment, your trainer be devoted to helping you achieve your dreams and aspirations.

If you invest in our service, we will provide a high level of motivation during your hourly sessions and beyond. We don’t claim to offer the cheapest Personal Training service in the area, but we are not the most expensive either.

How to get started

Step 1:
Contact me with your enquiry so that we may discuss your requirements with you.

Step 2:
Assuming you wish to employ our service, I will consult with our trainers’ diaries and let you know their availability.

Step 3:
Providing we have the availability, one of our trainers will contact you to arrange a consultation as soon as possible.

Step 4:
At your consultation the trainer will discuss your health, lifestyle, nutrition and your goals in more details. They will assess your present level of health and fitness and if you wish to press ahead, you will agree a mutually convenient time to get started.
