Rob Dulieu

Rob Dulieu (Proprietor)

I am the founder of Stamford Boot Camp and Stamford Personal Fitness Studio. I love sport and keeping fit, strong and healthy. But what interests me the most is how I can help others to achieve their dreams and aspirations of improving their health, fitness and self-confidence.

I am a Boot Camp Instructor, qualified Personal Trainer and online Fat Loss Coach who can draw on a wealth of life experience; I have learned to triumph over adversity on many occasions. Through my will to succeed and positive attitude, I am able to inspire people of different ages and backgrounds on a daily basis. I love my job – it’s so much fun and I get to make people happy!

With 20 years experience of working with professional sportsmen and women and over 30 years knowledge of diet, nutrition and fitness training, I am confident that I can help most people to successfully attain their goals.

Martin

Martin
(Associate Personal Trainer)

Martin has an extensive range of knowledge and experience of working with a variety of clients, from experienced gym users and athletes through to exercise novices, and all of those in-between.

He comes from a sporting background and has always been active and interested in sports in general. Growing up, his main passion was martial arts and he believes that the key skills of discipline, control and dedication learned through practising martial arts in his youth gave him time grow and develop through into adulthood.

“I was also a keen participant in team sports, predominantly football and basketball, and a good team ethic is also something I believe contributes to a person’s overall success. These feelings of achievement are something I aim to pass on to every client I work with, so that we can all strive to be winners, and fulfil our fitness goals – together!”

Kelley

Kelley Carey
(Associate Personal Trainer)

Following the birth of Kelley’s second son, and after getting herself back in to shape, she decided to train as an aerobics instructor whilst on maternity leave.

“The buzz I got from teaching classes and seeing the difference that exercise made to people, both on a physical level and to their self-esteem, fuelled my desire to turn my hobby and passion into a full-time career.”

She then went on to study with Premier Training as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser and has not looked back since.
“It was the best decision of my life and I absolutely love working with people, both on a one to one basis and in a group environment.”

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Kelley has worked with a number of clients to help them achieve their goals by making simple dietary and training adaptations which help improve their body, their overall health and their emotional wellbeing.

All Kelley’s Personal Training sessions are based on a client’s individual needs and tailored according to their goals, and level of fitness. Her programmes change on a weekly basis so that clients are constantly challenged and motivated to ensure they get the most out of every workout.

“I use a mixture of training techniques love using lots of different equipment to keep sessions interesting. That way, my clients never get bored and they are more likely to achieve the results they are looking for.”
