What would you like to achieve from your challenge? It doesn’t matter what other people expect of you: your friends, your family, your colleagues or even your trainer. It may be that you simply wish to complete the event because it’s a just a hobby, or perhaps you want prove something to yourself or make a bold statement to those who doubt your ability to do it? Whatever your event goal is, we can support you and help you to get the result you want from it.
You see, traditional gym training or running alone will not adequately prepare you for most athletic events. But because there are many aspects to fitness that are overlooked by the average athlete, we have a uniquely holistic approach to fitness and health. Only a minority of people possess the knowledge, skills or motivation (especially the latter) to do achieve anything close to their best.
You will never get the best from yourself by training on your own so you cannot put a value on the level of motivation and the quality of instruction we could provide you.
Depending upon your budget, either Boot Camp and/or Personal Training is highly effective for all of the above events because our multi-dimensional programmes work on every aspect of your fitness – not just one.
