If you want the epitome of motivation, watch the reality TV series "Biggest Loser". The programs are about a group of people with serious weight, health and self-esteem issues, who are shown how to eat well and exercise effectively. Some literally halve their own bodyweight in a matter of weeks, thus reclaiming their previously battered self esteem. Now that is what I call motivation!

Most of my clients come to me for weight loss. The majority of them have tried every diet known to man or woman yet they have all failed. There is a lot of money to be made out of the diet industry and it preys on people who want the quick fix solution to their problem. The reality is that there is no lasting quick fix solution - never has been, never will be! However, unlike fad diets, Personal Training has been proven to work consistently and successfully, and leaves a sustainable legacy. Why? It works because it has a holistic approach that combines exercise, positivity and nutritional expertise, and gets to the very heart of the underlying issues. That is something no Fad diet can ever do. Having been overweight myself I can really empathise with just how important it is to find a lasting solution.
