To be successful in life, you need to have goals. Your goals must be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time specified. People come to me with so many goals that it is actually impossible to list them all, but let me share with you some of the most common ones:
"I have tried everything to lose weight but nothing ever seems to work!"
Losing weight is easy. Just go on a low calorie diet and starve your body of nutrients; the muscle will drop off you! You might even lose a bit of fat if you’re lucky but it will only be a matter of time before your cravings get the better of you and you start to store fat as your body goes into starvation mode. Most people are caught up in this yo-yo diet syndrome but I can teach you how to break that cycle for good, reduce your clothes size and reshape your body to look better than you have done in years.
