Though Personal Training is not a new phenomena, I know there will be people out there who have not experienced what an inspirational and sometimes life changing experience it actually can be. If you are thinking of hiring my services, this is how I work:
What is the process?
| • Step 1: | You contact me to book your free no obligation consultation |
| • Step 2: | You attend the consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, nutrition and your goals |
| • Step 3: | I assess your present level of overall fitness |
| • Step 4: | You make a booking – an investment in your health |
| • Step 5: | I design a fitness program specific to your goals and current fitness levels |
| • Step 6: | You commence training with me, usually shortly after the consultation |
| • Step 7: | I analyse your nutrition and advise you how this may be optimised |
| • Step 8: | I will continually monitor your progress and adapt your training accordingly |
Where can I train you?
I can train you at your home, at a gym, at your work place or outdoors.
How often would you train with me?
This is your shout but for optimal results and to stay focussed on your goals, it is best to train with me at least twice per week.
